Social AI Systems

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This policy describes what data Social AI Manager may access after you authorize a connection, how that data is used, how long it is kept, how it is protected, and how you can have it deleted.

1.Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Social AI Systems ("we", "us", or "our") accesses, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit this website or use Social AI Manager (the "Service"), a private social media analytics and creator management platform for authorized creator accounts.

2.Authorized accounts only

Users may connect only social media accounts that they personally own or that they are authorized by the account owner to manage. Accounts are connected exclusively through each platform's official authorization process, where the account owner reviews and approves the requested permissions.

We do not access accounts without that authorization, and we do not collect data about accounts that have not been connected by their owner or an authorized manager.

3.Data accessed after authorization

After you authorize a connection, and only within the permissions you approve, Social AI Manager may access the following categories of data:

  • Account and profile information: account ID, username or handle, display name, profile picture, profile description, account type, and public profile links.
  • Account-level metrics: follower and subscriber counts, follower growth, profile views, reach, and impressions where the platform makes them available.
  • Content information and metrics: metadata about posts or videos published by the connected account (such as title, caption, publish date, thumbnail, and link) and performance metrics (such as views, likes, comments, shares, saves, watch time, and engagement rate).
  • Aggregated audience insights: aggregated, non-identifying audience statistics (such as general region or age range distributions) where the platform provides them.
  • Authorization tokens: access tokens issued by the platform so the Service can retrieve the data above on your behalf. Accounts are connected through the platform's authorization flow, and we do not ask you to share your social media passwords with us.

The exact data available depends on the platform and the permissions you grant. We do not request permission to post, send messages, or make changes on your behalf unless a feature explicitly requires it and you approve it.

4.Other information we collect

  • Workspace account information: your name, email address, and login credentials when you create or are invited to a workspace.
  • Usage and technical information: browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact us.

5.How we use information

Data obtained from connected accounts is used only to provide the analytics and creator-management features of the Service, including:

  • Displaying account performance, content performance, growth, trends, and social media metrics;
  • Generating reports and comparisons for the account owner and their approved team members;
  • Organizing and managing the creator accounts connected to a workspace.

We also use workspace and technical information to operate, secure, and support the Service.

Some Social AI Manager features may use third-party AI services to process limited information needed to provide the requested feature. We do not sell connected-account data for advertising purposes.

We also do not:

  • Use connected account data for ad targeting;
  • Share connected account data with data brokers;
  • Build profiles of people who are not users of the Service.

6.How we share information

We share information only in limited circumstances:

  • With team members you explicitly invite to your workspace;
  • With trusted service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) who process data solely on our behalf, under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.

7.Data retention

Connected-account data is retained while the account remains connected so the Service can show historical trends. When an account is disconnected, the Service stops collecting new data from it.

We delete or anonymize connected-account data after a valid deletion request or when it is no longer required for the service, subject to technical, legal, security, and backup retention requirements.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in backups or system logs until they are overwritten or expire under our operational retention processes.

8.How to request data deletion

You can delete your data at any time using either of these options:

  • Disconnect an account within the Service, or revoke Social AI Manager's access in the security or connected-apps settings of the social media platform.
  • Email us at admin@elumann.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", including your workspace email and the account(s) concerned.

We will review and verify the request, and then delete or anonymize the associated data as described in the Data retention section above.

9.Security practices

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account credentials and connected-platform data.

  • Secure HTTPS/TLS connections are used for the public website and authorization flows where applicable.
  • Authentication credentials and access tokens are handled through protected credential-storage mechanisms and are not intentionally exposed to other users.
  • Access to connected-account data is limited to the workspace owner and the team members they approve.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10.Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@elumann.com.

11.No platform affiliation

Social AI Systems and Social AI Manager are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, or any other social media platform. All platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. When you connect an account, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to your use of that platform.

12.Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

13.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users of material changes.

14.Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, email us at admin@elumann.com or visit our contact page.
