Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and Social AI Manager (the "Service"), provided by Social AI Systems. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Social AI Manager is a private social media analytics and creator management platform. It helps authorized users analyze account performance, content performance, growth, trends, and social media metrics for accounts they connect. Access to the Service may be limited to invited users.

You may connect a social media account to the Service only if:

• You personally own the account; or
• You have clear, current, and verifiable permission from the account owner to manage the account and to view its analytics.

You must connect accounts only through the official authorization process of the relevant platform. You must not connect, monitor, or analyze accounts you are not authorized to access. If your authorization ends (for example, a management agreement expires), you must disconnect the account promptly.

We may ask you to confirm your authorization at any time, and we may suspend or remove any account connection if we reasonably believe this requirement has not been met.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to track, profile, harass, or collect data about other people;
• Scrape, harvest, or access data by automated means outside of the Service's intended features;
• Attempt to access data, systems, or accounts without authorization;
• Sell, resell, or redistribute data obtained through the Service;
• Violate any applicable law or the terms and policies of any connected social media platform;
• Upload malicious code, or interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Share access in a way that circumvents workspace permissions or usage limits.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information when creating or using a workspace;
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure;
• All activity that occurs under your workspace account, including by team members you invite;
• Managing the permissions of team members and removing access when it is no longer needed;
• Notifying us promptly at admin@elumann.com of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

The Service depends on data and interfaces provided by third-party social media platforms. As a result:

• Features, metrics, and data availability may change, be limited, or stop working if a platform changes its APIs, permissions, or policies;
• Data accuracy and timeliness depend on the information each platform provides;
• Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

Social AI Systems is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or any other social media platform. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.

You retain ownership of your content and account data. Our collection, use, retention, and deletion of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Social AI Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Analytics and insights are for informational purposes only, and we do not guarantee any particular results, growth, or the accuracy of third-party data. Any sample dashboards or figures shown on this website are illustrative only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social AI Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, connect accounts without authorization, create risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if required by law or by a third-party platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, connected account access is revoked, and your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
